Abar supply a range of automated solutions for the fresh produce industry. All systems are thoroughly developed and tested before delivery and require no special training to operate the equipment.

DISPLAY CONTAINER LOADING
Model: DL-70
High speed display container loader for potatoes, onions, carrots and other pre-packs. Our latest designs are capable of speeds of up to 80 x 2.5kg packs per minute.

The DL-70 is available for loading 800 x 600 footprint containers with options available for loading 600 x 400 returnable supermarket crates.

All the main movements including pack rotation are carried out by the ultra reliable robot. Very few conventional technology mechanical components are required, resulting in an very reliable system.

CRATE LOADING
Model: LR-80B
The Abar LR-80B pre-pack pick and place system will load bags into 600 x 400 and 400 x 300 plastic crates or cases at up to 80 packs per minute.

The LR-80B robot is housed with a compact space saving stainless steel frame complete with product and crate/case feed conveyors. Outer crates/cases are supplied to the system by conveyor either from a remote Abar DS-602 De-Stacker or by a De-Stacker coupled next to the system.

CRATE DE-STACKING
Model: DS-602
Abar DS-602 crate de-stackers are designed to operate with all UK and Continental style returnable supermarket crates. Several versions are available to suit individual factory layouts and include:-

  • DS-602TF High Level Top Feed de-stacker which separates crates from the top of the stack and delivers them at high level to the packing lines.
  • DS-602 Low Level de-stacker for placing on a mezanine floor or adjacent to the pick and place robot.
