Pick and Place Robots
For loading cardboard cases or plastic crates / totes / RTP's with pre-packed bags, trays or punnets. From low cost compact work cells through to high speed loading operations, our pick and place robots are food industry compliant and proven within the fresh produce, red meat and poultry retail packing sectors.

Bag Palletisers & Case Palletisers
Robot palletisers provide a flexible, cost effective solution for single line low production requirements as well as multiple product line pallet loading and order picking. Multi tasking allows bags, cases, boxes, plastic containers and even layer sheets to be placed by a single robotic installation.

Due to a robotic solution being completely flexible, the system layout can be extended and grow as your business develops or customer requirements change.

Crate D-Stacker / Stackers
Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP's) are automatically de-nested from stacked columns and delivered to the production lines for loading. The Abar DS-600 series de-stackers and robotic de-stackers are capable of handling all European style plastic crates as well as UK style Linpac types. A range of machine styles are available to suit any factory site layout.

Bag in Box / Crate Liners
Systems to place bags into cardboard cases or returnable supermarket crates.

Bale Arm Folders
Specifically developed for Linpac type RTP's the Abar BAF20 is positioned after the pick and place system to fold bale arms into the stack position.
