Abar's crate palletising robots can operate at speeds of over 10 cycles/minute.

When multiple RTP's / crates are handled capacities of over 2000 units per hour can be loaded onto pallets from multiple production lines.
 
    CBL Crate and Case Palletising Example
   

CBL Crates are used by Dutch supermarkets for the delivery of food products from the manufacturer/producer to the stores.

In this example two production lines feed into one robot palletising cell. Each production line can supply loaded CBL crates or a number of cardboard case sizes.

The robot is equipped with a multi function gripper to not only handle any case or crate size from the production lines, but also pick and places either Euro Pallets or Chep Pallets from stacks behind the robot.

Bucket Palletising Example

    A special gripper was designed to handle bucket sizes from 5 litres up to 20 litres. This mechanical gripper self adjusts during size changes and includes mechanical arms to pick and place empty pallets ready for loading.
