BAKERY AUTOMATION

Parts Handling Robot

		This installation shows a robot installed within a medium sized bakery taking trays and placing them into racking ready for baking. Baked products later arrive back at the same robot for de-panning.


	Robotic de-panning short production runs of speciality breads. The robot allows instant change over between different pan sizes and loaf types.

CHEESE PRODUCTION

Blocks of cheese arrive at the robot in racking on wooden planks. The special gripper allows the cheese blocks to be picked and placed onto a conveyor for further processing.
